Honestly, had a great experience. I am not too experienced with smoke shops and Samantha was the best person I could have had to answer all my questions and explain everything in the simplest, easy-going way. She broke everything down bit by bit, and I ended up really satisfied with what I bought. Definitely coming back again, and would HIGHLY recommend
