Your workers are garbage. Very unhelpful and just playing useless. I was so agitated being in this store that I don't recommend anybody shop here

My partner and I went into botanica for the first time and off the bat the customer service was fantastic. The overall look of the business was also very nice, very well decorated and designed. We had Beverly help us out and was very informative and super fun, she relieved the anxiety of going into a dispo pretty much immediately. She was really enthusiastic and had a lot of knowledge on what we were looking for and was overall just a pleasure. Will be returning to botanica on my trips through Tucson.

Ryan at Botanica was exceptional! He greeted me warmly and his knowledge of the strains and products was impressive. Even though I came in 30 minutes before closing tonight, Ryan patiently answered all my questions and provided tailored recommendations. His professionalism and genuine desire to help made my visit outstanding. Highly recommend seeking out Ryan for top-notch assistance!

This place is the best place to get marijuana in Tucson, hands down. 6 Customer service is just amazing. Knowledgeable associates, great product, beautiful decor. The only thing I might critique is slightly higher prices than some other stores. Worth it, though

I give Botanica 3 stars. 5 stars for service and store esthetics. No 1st time deals, which is no bueno! House product is tasty and affordable. I think this store can do alot more to attract curious smokers who like a stocked cupboard.
