Raven was phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and so welcoming. She walked us through every strain with care and made the experience both fun and informative. I like coming here cuz everyone has been very nice to me. Andre is so Cool he always has a smile on his face, very helpful, humor is great. He's just a great guy all the way around. So I recommend this place and go see Andre tell him I sent you....lol

I came in today bc my last experience was amazing. Unfortunately i don’t remember the name of who helped me but he was amazing! I asked for an all in one and he showed me five different options. It was the first time visiting as im new to the city and finding good spots to go to. I came in for an all in one and he really helped me out. I ended up getting the vape that has two strains in one vape (i don't remember the brand). I had never seen anything like that and enjoyed it so much I had to come back to get it. Today I came in very excited to find that specific vape. I asked the bud tender if he had that one specifically. He looked to the other associate if they had it, looked back said we dont have *name brand. I was confused if he was saying he didnt have the vape at all or if it was one of the strains he was out of. I asked for clarification but before I could get my sentence out he said “we have jetty its way better than what you got last time its $80.” I told him i dont like jetty vapes. In the moment it felt like he was assuming what i knew, instead of understanding what i needed. He tried to explain “well they don’t have any chemicals in them”. I did respond i know what solventless is vs not. I was hoping he would help me find an alternative but he instead said “well i have $30 vapes that have chemicals in them I can show you them” At that point i didnt feel welcome or like the associate really wanted to help me so i left Looking at other reviews it looks like they may have incentives from their Jetty representatives. Im not saying Jetty is bad but I am saying service today was not what I was expecting from this shop

I really appreciated, Nicholas's customer service. He had a smile he spoke to me with eye to eye contact let's keep it short. He went above and beyond. I'm a regular customer there, and i'm very observant, and one thing that I really appreciate is great customer service and nicholas has that thank you, nicholas
