I went today and Brett was who helped me. He was very nice. Everyone there was nice. Probably one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to. It was also very clean inside. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Jerrod is always super friendly and provides quick service. He has always had a helpful answer for any questions I’ve had as well.

Don't typically go here but when I buy in balk I do. Best prices about the larger qualities. Only thing that sucks is the products are limited but the products and generally good though so it's a steal in my book.

What a great bunch of folks. I was having problems checking out on my online order. The gentleman that answered the phone was able to help me out in a matter of seconds. James my teller for my purchase was also super helpful and very polite. It’s always a great experience here at Williamstown Cannabist.

Security seems a bit much there; gotta show ID and card at door to armed guard, then again when checking in. Seems redundant. If you are carrying a small handbag, you are asked to leave it with security or somewhere upfront. There are secure lockers to place small handbags, belongings, etc. Never experienced this at any dispensary before. Other than that good experience and attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was asked to rate Jacob… Is this the same guy that I know as Clark?? Not sure… but here’s what I will say… EVERYONE at Cannabist is AMAZEBALLS!!! Very clean, easily accessible, affordable and always knowledgeable at any given time - these peeps AND this place always bring it 💯💯. Best shop in town in my opinion. With the nicest staff. They have a way of making you feel at home. Also the deals can not be beat. Only downfall is the parking situation. But being in the location they are it is to be expected.

Would love to give a better review as I’ve had pleasant experiences in the past. Product came faulty, I came back 5 mins after purchase to let budtenders know. As a budtender myself, I know the policy when it comes to faulty product, and have handled faulty product being on the other side of the counter. I was met with attitude and a card telling me to video myself with the faulty product in order to get a refund? And then was told it was “Illinois policy” First budtender was incredible. Second one needs to get corrected. I also double checked with Illinois regulations to make sure I was right ( and to curb the gaslighting from budtender number 2) and I confirmed my suspicions. Will not be coming back and if you want to waste your time and money you know where to go!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I drive 5 hours just to get products from these Cannabists stores in Richmond. You all are amazing and the huge selection and cheaper products are why we make this visit every month or so. It's better to stock up here than goto the other price gouging medical stores I have in my area. Thanks to everyone at Labernum! Will def be back 🫶

This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. I sent my nephew there to pick up my order, and he ran into a problem, yet they were able to work it out, and we came up with something that works for everyone. Absolutely great service. I wish I had the same experience everywhere I shop. Eric was super knowledgeable about the products. He took his time to explain things. Listened to our needs and concerns but ultimately let us make the decisions as to what we wanted to try and how much we wanted to purchase. I might have found my go to spot thanks to him.
