the service is subpar, and disappointing to say the least. both staff members on duty were unhelpful and unfriendly, and offered barely assistance unless asked multiple times. there was no attempt to assist and to sell the product, and it felt like they couldnt wait to get finished with the sale. when we asked for details and questions about the product they were dismissive, and were having their own conversation on the side. in general disappointing service , we felt unwelcome the entire time. the product variety and prerolls are mediocre as well. attached is what was inside the preroll. lowkey ruined my day.

If could give zero stars, I would!!! I have sent through my complaint on almost all your platforms, and still no response at all!!!! Very disappointed, you guys don't care about your customers, you don't care about bad reviews, and you don't even care enough to respond!!! As long as you are taking our money all is fine with you!!!

I don't understand the price increase and how sudden it is... you cannot jump from R180 to R300 it just looks like greed man.
