Kendra was so helpful and so knowledgeable about the products because I wasn't sure what to purchase as I have never been to catalyst. But her friendliness and knowledge will most definitely make me return especially the deals that she recommended. Customer service superb

Usually, it's great! Told me Google Doesn't say it opens at 9:00am..low and behold..it did. I think it is updated now though lolz. Kinda wasted a trip up there, but no biggie. They are open a lot longer than many, so thats awesome! I guess security had no knowledge Google is saying they're "open now". Not his fault. Just make sure you don't go until at or after 10:00am (If you place a pick up order, website gave option for b/t 9am-10am, but again, just reserve it and assume doors will be open by 10:00am🙂. Very fast and easy website compared to many other places). Also, very easy service once you arrive, but may or may not take 10-20min as they don't have a separate line for reserved orders. Otherwise, you might be out in less than 5 min😀. Staff are great! Super friendly and knowledgeable on their inventory and your needs. Upstairs and super clean and organized.

The location is upstairs in a small shopping center, so if you drive past it and can't find it look up 🤣. There are daily deals which is how I target my shopping experience. It was Wednesday so I looked at Dr Norms they had on sale. I'm excited to try them, and the discount helped me narrow my decision. Great selection of all the faves, and some I haven't tried so I will be back on the next round to look at more goodies. Team on the floor was helpful and attentive. They helped me understand pricing and we talked through a few of the options, but ultimately I landed on my favorite Lost Farm chews, and snagged the Dr Norms Solventless hash gummies because of price. Oh and don't forget to take in the view from this store while shopping.... absolutely beautiful.

I’ve came here a few times out of recommendations and I recently purchased West Coast Cure Animal Mints. The weed seemed to be uncured as in every format it wouldn’t light, so I don’t recommend the product but I do recommend the dispensary. I called the GM Danny and he told me he’d discount me next time I come in which I was more than happy with. Great service here
