starting to become my favorite shop ever. my friends are regulars, and they rave about the place. one of them won a raffle! super relaxed environment, everyone is very friendly. this time around I met ahmad, he was very kind and helpful. I have ample respect for local businesses persevering through our current climate. even more respect to them for outsourcing locally! extra extra bonus respect for being open during a snowstorm!!!! thank you citi roots!

We had an absolutely amazing experience here- 15/10! My family and I were in town for a wedding and realized we’d forgotten a few essentials. Alan at Citi Roots truly saved the day! He went above and beyond to help us out and even took the time to share some really interesting info about the products and the industry. Fantastic service, great selection- definitely stop by and support this awesome small business while you’re in town!

I never leave reviews but I just had to write about how impressed I was with this store I dropped my wallet inside the store and left I had a lot of money in it not to mention my lic and cards and I couldn’t for the life of me remember what I did with would you believe I got a call from them letting me know they found it with everything still in it I was not expecting to even get it back with the amount of money I had in it !!! What great honest people great service awesome store I highly recommend it if you want great service and awesome products and very knowledgeable nice to talk too !!!!

Great customer service! The staff at Citi Roots are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. The store has a welcoming vibe and great energy, with a solid selection that’s easy to browse. Everyone here goes above and beyond, and it really shows. Highly recommend this spot!

I’m normally not one for reviews but This place is awesome I came in and thom was such a sweetheart he helped me find exactly what I came in for and then some, every one was so welcoming and sweet you guys have such a wonderful crew with great vibes. But I’m telling you thom is something special he could sell me a bag of rocks and I would buy it. Excellent work! :)
