I was looking for a double ash catcher The only option was a single ash catcher so I purchased it for the mean time since I know doubles are hard to find since no one even really buys the singles I ended up needing a 45 degree one and the one I bought was a 90 degree I called the same day which was during a thunderstorm and they said it was ok if it took it back the next day So I did when I returned the lady in the front which was a different person listened to me and showed me the other ash catchers and I said I will take the 45 degree and pay the difference I did not want a refund She went to the back then came back silently rolled my single ash catcher in the bubble rap and when I asked if they were going to still do it she said no because it's been used I actually put water into it before inserting it into my water pipe that's when I realized it didn't fit I explained that but she just looked at me it would of been easy to just say the manager said no they can't instead of playing dumb I would of purchased another piece that it would fit I informed the lady that I would not be returning as I left I wanted to just throw the ash catcher in the trash just to show how much I don't need it then I didn't want to embarrass your staff by posting the picture here of them trying to resell it after they wouldn't let me exchange it and make a bigger sale I will post this and review on all of your stores since I know that you alternate staff Please teach them to read people better as I did park right in front of your door in a $50,000 vehicle Why would I care about a $40 piece of glass smh it ended up costing you instead of you making more money and me buying the double ash catcher from you along with other things in the future

My regular smoke shop for the last year. Good selection and friendly staff. Hard to find consistency though. I ask for a vape flavor I’ve had before and it wasn’t even remembered as a product on the shelves. The guys have it down but seems like the two girls that work there need a little more training on their own products.

Shelby was super kind and helpful with making a selection. They had a wide variety of products at a fair price, and a rewards system. I'll be shopping here from now on.

This place has the best products and service! The staff is friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond helping me find something that most places in my area are sold out of. I was looking for a store close to home and found this great place. Their staff is very knowledgeable! On top of that the item I was looking for is priced better than the other places in town I usually get them from. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out their selection. This place continues to impress us. Their service is top notch. They have added energy drinks and soft drinks so if you're thirsty you can buy one for the go. They have moved a lot of products around for ease and convenience. They have also added a lot of new products and well. The new large tv is mounted on the wall has awesome music videos playing while you shop. They've added a bunch of specialty drinks need something to drink on the way out. Don't forget to grab one. They have recently reorganized the store and added a ton of new products.
