⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tonee was amazing! The person who helped me today was Tony, and he was very helpful from start to finish. Even though they didn’t have exactly what I came in for, he knew exactly what to recommend instead. I’m so glad he was knowledgeable about the products and confident in what he suggested. He was very nice, patient, thoughtful, and even funny — which made the whole transaction smooth and welcoming. The energy in the space felt great because of him. Definitely appreciate his customer service!

I had an excellent experience at the Cookies dispensary, driven largely by the outstanding customer service. Alyssa was the associate who assisted us, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire visit. She took the time to understand our needs, answered questions with confidence, and made the experience both efficient and enjoyable. The store itself is well-organized and reflects a strong brand presence, but it’s the quality of the staff that truly elevates the experience. Alyssa represents the brand exceptionally well, and her approach to customer service sets a high standard. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to returning.

Brandon gave the best customer service ever. He was very attentive and quick efficient while being super friendly with it being my first time here. I’ve never had a more on exceptional experience at any dispensary ever. He went above and beyond to show up for me and my friends. It was phenomenal 10/10 will be coming back for the rest of my trip!!!!!!

Though the place has been open for a short time, it seems to be in great condition. I have been to other cookies and it’s nice to see other/different products. Our Budtender (Tiffany) took care of us and we left excited to try what we purchased. Thanks Tiffany!
