customer service was horrible. Every time I ask the young man for something he would give it to me and then go sit down despite the fact that I'm still shopping. When I ask him to show me something else his attitude was Iike I was bothering him. So I left without purchasing any additional items

This is a fantastic establishment! They have great products and even better customer service. Cody in particular is an amazing person. He is what makes Cosmic Clouds so special, in my opinion. I've dealt with him quite a few times, and he has always been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend that you visit Cody at Cosmic Clouds for all your smoke shop needs!

This location is never opened to the time that it states. I'm a very regular customer here coming once or twice a week for the same thing it's not like I take long and when I come here after work thinking I still have time. The employee that always works nights is never here and closes early every single night. We have pulled up 15 min to close and have watched him drive away. I would work on at least staying open till the time it's states. It's only 10 extra min it's what u get paid to do.

They really need to learn a little better customer service. They're right down the street from me and I won't go anymore. Staff is not knowledgeable about the product and they seem like you're bothering them whenever you go in. Prices are terribly high. I will drive miles before I give them any more of my money

I've been in here several times and always walk out empty handed. The prices are ridiculously high and the staff bounces between rude and not knowing about products. There are many better places to shop
