The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time I go! The new location is very nice as well. My only qualm would be that the POS now prompts for a tip when you check out. Not only is it off putting and discourages future patronage, but it’s also a glaring neon sign that instead of paying your employees more you’d rather place the burden and therefore the responsibility on the customer. Not very demure. Not very mindful.

I've been a customer for a long time and can't think of any time that I haven't been pleased with my experience here. I seem to always be greeted with a smile and made to feel like I'm the most important person at that time. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable which can only enhance the time here. If you aren't sure of your exact needs, they talk to you and help you figure it out. Keep up the great work, you're all awesome in my book!

I've been coming here for a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have their own vape juices. Oliver is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.
