Curaleaf's delivery is a lifesaver! Maddie had my order here the next day 😃 Staff is helpful. Just know if you need to call, ask to be transferred to your LOCAL store, bc the calls go to an off site call center & they don't know anything- about anything 😬Told me this store DID NOT deliver last month. 🤷

Heather and Maddie are the most caring and fun individuals. They are personable and they are very receptive to what your needs are. Not only that I witnessed both of them know customers by there actual name. These girls highly rock

Placed an order online and paid for it. My total was $50. When I went to pick it up they said they canceled my order because I didn’t pick it up the same day, which was the day before. I didn’t receive an email or notification that my order was canceled which would have prevented me from wasting my time drive up there. So when they ring up my 5 items it was $150 instead of the original 50. They offered me my own nine dollars in rewards off. Lesson learned

Chris, who I believe is the store manager, provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this store. If you’re looking for a prime example to teach your employees, this is it—it’s not the best. They could talk all they want and be the most friendly people, but the only thing they need to do is their job: pick up the items and give them to the customer. That’s it.

Very friendly, remembers your face so you don't feel like a stranger, i have been using them since I got my MMC, and they definitely have a loyal customer with Me 🙂
