Finally the CVS in Novato at the Square has some amazing employees. Evelyn was awesome! She was friendly, helpful and knew how to use a coupon I had loaded onto my card and forgot about. So many times the employees were slow and uninformed. I hope this is the start of a new era of employees. She was wonderful!

Went to pick up prescription for my daughter and the lady cannot even capture the birthday and name correctly. Then I gave her the insurance card with all info on it, she still cannot find the prescription. I was asked to check with my doctor, doctor called them and then they found the right info. When I call back to confirm it is ready for pick up, I was told by another lady that yea it is ready a while ago. Then they thought they hanged up the phone and started gossip/laughing that I cannot spell my daughters name right. Come on, I gave her the insurance card with all info, how can she missed the name? The lack of professionalism in handling customer’s info is terrible and racism. Never use this CVS again.

Terrible pharmacy. People there dont care. You order a prescription 11 days ahead so it would definitely be there, your told its there but day you pick up now its not and cant even tell you when it will be there. Will never use them again. Got prescription at Costco same day and half the price

This CVS is the best one I have ever gone to. Other CVS, on Grant, have nasty people who work behind the pharmacy desk. The people who work on Novato Blvd have great work ethics unlike the CVS on Grant. I will never return to the CVS on Grant . I have never been treated so badly as was my experience at CVS on Grant.

Trashy!!! An apparent "manager" named Kristina yelled at me for her inability to refill a soap dispenser... during a pandemic. She also kept having to adjust her mask while doing so, further jeopardizing the sanitation level of the situation. I assume she was drunk by the way she slurred as she spoke. I literally only come in for water or batteries, etc. Shouldn't be too hard to act appropriately for that tiny amount of time i visit. I have found other staff to be just as lethargic and often times uncleanly. Thankfully i don't have to deal with these people very often. It was worth a review because of the absurdity of it all. She has a terrible attitude and shouldn't be working in a customer facing role.
