Extremely unprofessional, rude and lacks inventory. The pharmacy opens at 9:00. I was there at 8:42. When it turned 9:00, I proceeded to the counter , which they told me to wait 5 more minutes so they can get ready. If the opening time is 9:00, they should be prepared to service people at 9:00 , not 9:07!

On 1/2/24 I was waiting in line along with 6 other people. The register clerk was chatting up the storm with the first customer, then the 2nd customer causing a huge delays with the line. After 15 mins with no movement with the line, I had to put back my medications and left. This is not the first time I see that the clerk does this. If management allows her to take her time, then they need to provide their customers a back up clerk. This is the worst CVS in terms of customer service.

Bridgette is the worst cashier ever. SLOW!!! Chats to much. Finally started to get checked out and it took 10 minutes to get get security cap off. 10 people in line waiting. I asked why she does not request 2nd checker and her response was "I only worry about my self"

Pharmacy staff are not friendly, they won't refill your medications without saying why whether, it's covered by insurance or what not. They should atleast ask or if you're paying out of pocket. Instead they wait till you get to the pharmacy to tell you. No care for their customer.

I would not give them a star if i could. I came 20 min before their lunch and no one was able to served me and take my prescription. there were 3 people at the pharmacy reach and one served a client . a man finally came and my prescription and the other lady came out to letting me know they have to close for lunch time. MY question is, your lunch time is more important than a person in big pain? That’s a big question mark about your skills you have to take a job someone else might serve others with empathy. Sorry, but clients should be serve first, especially when no one announces me at my arrival and saw 3 people there that could help . I mentioned them that i am in big pain, that’s a shame! Poor service, i will never use them again!I did not ask you for a bottle of coke, i was in need for medicine /per urgent prescription. I never used them but safeway next door clossed their doors due to power breake…. so what should i do? I still can’t believe that happens to me in such a huge pain! YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT DESERVE THE SPOT YOU HAVE THERE! If you are in pain do not use them. Try care more about their food than to treat you with care! THE DOORS HAVE NO SCHEDULE FOR LETTING PROPLE KNOW YOU ARE CLOSING. But i came on your time ON THE SCHEDULE. If people came few min earlier as per any company policies, you must serve them! And than go eat!
HAVE A GOOD APPETITE “awesome” team!
