The best customer service - Every time I come to shop, even when it's super busy, the staff treat me like I'm the most important customer in the store. Today, Alyx was my guy. Gave great suggestion for my needs and I didn't break the bank. Check out this shop yo!

I have been here a few times recently and they destroy the other dispensaries. Friendly staff, diverse offerings, good prices, awesome advice. I have tried a few other's but Dark matter is the best. Even if you are new to these products, give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I love this place. Everyone is helpful when I need it & are quick to fill my order when I already know what I want. Heather W. suggested exactly what I was looking for, quickly noticing what I was looking at & going in the same direction! A nice place, they usually have what i'm after, at comparable pricing. Even with technology being a little quirky, chatting w/Heather & my browsing i was still in and out in less than 15 minutes. Wonderful spot, great people & they're even doing a food shelf fundraiser for the community. Respect!!💕

First time in the shop in which I had the privilege to meet Calypso. She made me feel extremely welcome and was very thorough describing the many available products. She was very tentative and made sure I was aware of the current promos. The customer service was top notch and I can’t remember the last time I was treated so nicely.

This is the best place in town,bar none. Everyone that works here is first class and they always make you feel glad you came in. My absolute gratitude to Calypso. She is one in a million. She is the only one who could figure out why my points weren't showing up on my account for almost a year. She deserves big big things. They all know their stuff front to back. They won't b.s.you . This place is AWESOME! I'm usually not big on going to new dispensaries but I have been seeing this place fir the last couple of months and decided to try it. I like the atmosphere and the worker who helped me was more than helpful. And their product is absolutely AMAZING! I will definitely be going back for another visit.

Only a number of budtenders are great here. My husband and I have been regular customers for a while now. Even sending numerous friends and coworkers to go there as well. After the service we’ve had these last visits I’d definitely start finding another place to go to. I can understand checking your ID but if your not going to scan it why would making a physical or a photo of your ID make a difference. The majority of the time they tell you, you can return your cartridge if anything happens to it. What they should emphasize is they won’t exchange it if it’s less than halfway. Their price on most of their product is outrageous as well. This isn’t the only place to get what need and your better off going somewhere else. I also don’t need a fake apology from the person who runs their website.

Special in every way. We brought my brother in law here for his birthday. It’s beautiful on the inside and really cool on the outside. The staff is fun and hilarious. We had the best time while we were here. Best dispensary in the NE Heights hands down. The selection is also INSANE.
