Hands down one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, professional, and super chill. Abagial and Omari were my budtenders and they absolutely nailed it—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Deep roots harvest has always been my go to dispensary to visit while I’m passing through. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Tonight however, these two men; Omari T and Mike G were outstanding. They greeted me right away with remarkable hospitality and left me walking away smiling and laughing. Truly an amazing experience from them alone. 😁

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love deep roots! The sales are amazing, product, and overall customer service! My favorite is when you guys have those amazing deals that keep me coming back! I also wanted to shout out Mike G! Every time I walk into the building I am very kindly greeted with my name! I like that he recognizes his regulars. He’s always got such a positive attitude and always has something nice to say ☺️ I have also had a cartridge broken when I just bought it and I just took it back and they were able to get me taken care of! Appreciate you all!

Still standing in line it’s taken like 10 minutes to move a couple spaces. There’s nobody on the floor to help people decide their choices before they get up to the front so each cashier is spending 5+ minutes with each customer helping them decide. Not a good flow, nobody wants it to take 20++ minutes to order some weed. It’s not the serious and for an establishment this big they should prep for the influx and load considering they’re the only ones out here. I recommend online ordering so you can quickly pick up!

My husband Nick and I both have MS and our Utah medical licensing yet we choose to come here because of the quality of the products and the pricing! But mostly the staff. All the way from security with Mike and check out with Miranda, we are always given so much love and kindness with words of wisdom and suggestions. So much gratitude for this establishment and all of the staff! Thank you so much!!!

I got some green life products flower and I can say the quality was amazing exactly what I have always been looking for the staff member helped me pick it out and it's my favorite experience I have had my entire life deep roots thank you! Never thought much of your products in the past but this brand is a game changer I absolutely loved the hybrid from them thank worth the price.

More towards the dispensary in WENDOVER, Im a daily shopper their, but for the past two weeks or so the dispensary has been falling behind MEGA in disposable’s (“vaporizers”) the menu just has so little to choose from that I’m literally driving out to Elko OR Ely both over an hour drive, would much appreciated if they would stock up in everything not just pre-rolls and flour, also some of us prefer a little more indica/hybrid over sativa! I go for the disposables being more convenient then anything else for me, on my daily tasks and such, The staff there is awesome 10/10 no complaint there, just to whoever is ordering probably a good 2.0 out of 10🙁

Great store and employees! Very helpful, although the guy today was a little rushed. When we realized there was a problem with the packaging, he took his time to recheck everything and helped me get my order situated. Thanks a bunch 😁
