I love this place. Mom and Pop shop. Not the apple store vibes. I didn't catch his name but the guy this morning around 4am is awesome. I've had him a few times he's great. This place has awesome deals, their brand is good! Love the vibes, the prices and the people. I love coming in here before work

I have visited about 5 or 6 times and each time I say I'm not coming back.. grow science and the 24 hour time drives me back. Last night was the worst of all the other but one bad visits. Last Friday deals and lots of food and vibes. I get there a bit before 1030pm get checked in was told by host they would still honor the door busters if stickers but not raffle tickets. I go back get called gave my id asked what I wanted I said half of deli premium all while mentioning the door busters he said let me ask manger/boss. They (2 of them) say nope past 1030 can't do it. So I asked if the host doesn't know what he is telling us he said nope nothing after 1030. So I'm waiting for my deli but my guy is already helping someone else. Then he calls me over again and says so. Have you decided? I said excuse me. I told you I showed you a picture of what I'm getting. He said well deli. Is not available at this me time I'm waiting for it to be.available it's very busy.ao I said yes that's is why I was standing over there . So he yells out to the same boss and he tells him Lorena wants some deli he said we'll have her stand in line and someone will get to her .. so I stand behind someone who was behind me before checking in.. by now I'm not a happy camper and want to just scream. Then a female comes and asks if I been helped I said well I was told to stand here and I'm waiting so she said I can help you goes behind the counter and ask again the.boss are y'all still doing where whoever is here does deli he said oh idk but I can help her and apologized for the craziness and being patient. I just feel that they have very poor customer service and aren't very one on one unless you know somebody there personally. The first guy who started helping me was no where to be for it and I never saw him again.. it's just a different vibe all together at this place from all the others I have visited. I will stick to my regular 24.hour el Mirage spot. Dam You Grow Science ... You can have the best cannabis in the world but when you put out that bad energy and unprofessional customer service that goes out the door. Last Friday deals door busters should. Go through midnight if available because Friday ends at midnight. Very long review but I felt I. Needed to let it out.

Absolutely the best dispensary in the valley. Fantastic product, staff, and pricing. We do wish there were more Jeeter cart BOGO sales, but we can always leave happy. I literally have stopped to tell one of the managers and a few employees at different times, to have a great day at work on their way in, because I'm pretty sure they usually do. Really nice spot.

Today was my 3rd time in, I wanted to wait to give a review to see how it would go and because I'm a sucker for review. So about a week or 2 I decided to change dispensary and try deeply rooted that is literally 5 mins away from me when I use to drive 20 mins away (I know sounds stupid) But hands down to Deeply Rooted you guys became my new fav they have amazing customer svc, professional, kind, EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE is so respectful and helpful!
