They're not being honest about the real issue here (I've tried to return 1 thing in 4+ years and tens of thousands of dollars, I bought it 3 days before I brought it back 95% full), just deflecting the real issue so I'm the problem. They can deal with the Department of Finance. I've had some terrible experiences with one individual and will no longer support or recommend Delta. I don't know his name but he has long, stringy brown hair. He's pretty easy to spot. He is a sly thief. On two separate occasions he over-quoted my total to pocket the change. Once for $5 that I didn't notice until I got in the car and decided to let it go. The other time he misquoted me by $2 but I added more to my order and he wasn't able to get it over on me that time. I can't imagine how many people he takes advantage of but I guess he has the benefit of all cash transactions. I tried to tell the red-haired manager on duty about my experiences with him and that he was rude to me, glaring at me, talking about me out loud, telling his wife I was rude while staring at me. The girl said "did it ever occur to you that maybe some people are just like that". I asked her for managers info so I could report him to someone else since she dismissed me completely and she said she didn't have a boss. I asked her who she reports to and she said the owners. I asked if I could have their info and she told me no. I asked for their names and she said I could Google it. So since I don't know how to get in touch with them directly maybe this review will make it through. This employee has no character and cash is very hard to track but buyer beware!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Delta is and will ALWAYS be my place. The staff and I mean the ENTIRE staff, from check in to the exit,they are PHENOMENAL! ALL the bud tenders make the experience personal but professional. I feel special on EVERY trip. The prices are reasonable, the product on point,and if there's something my bud tenders think I would like; they give me well informed details to educate me. I can go on and on about the services. I LOVE DELTA and there's nothing they can do about it. ❤️❤️❤️

My stop here was a spur of the moment decision. I just happened to be in the area. My budtender was able to make recommendations to meet my needs. And they gave me a coupon for a free lunch. The food truck outside was also good.

Great service. The bud tenders are Knowledgeable about their products. Great shirts. First time patient's get a cool bud journal. I've been to dispensaries in Missouri, New Mexico, Arkansas and Colorado. Wish they had more OG type bud.

Great place for the dispensary of medical marijuana and accessories. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about their product. I left feeling like they cared about me as a person. The product was very enjoyable and just as described.

This place is so nice. Great atmosphere and the folks are so nice and helpful. Surprised me with a free gift bc it was my 1st visit , which I thought was very nice. They don't have tip jars... Which surprises me bc other places do. Prices of products are really good and reasonable. Point system is great. I will return. Check these folks out if your in West Memphis, right off the interstate.

This is the best despensery by far in this area. Hands down most knowledgeable in their field. As a customer they make u feel relaxed and honestly care about ur needs. Just a weird place. The budtender really give out bad information.They don't care how long you wait in line even though they have multiple people just doing whatever. The in house grow use to be great now it's just meh. Won't be back.
