Is a super cute shop i used to always go to whenever I went to sunvalley. however this time, i went with my friend and from the moment we stepped foot into the store the employee was hovering around us. my friend found a sticker she liked and was holding onto it while i was browsing incense burners. after i picked out one i liked, she wanted to check out posters at the front so she put the bat sticker on top of the incense burner box i was carrying and went to the front to go look at posters. while we were browsing posters, the employee demands to know where the bat sticker is. i had dropped it at some point while we were browsing posters, so we both start to look for it and while im looking she pulls me aside and accuses my friend of trying to steal the sticker. my friend finds the sticker towards the front, and instead of an apology she holds her hand out and demands my friend brings the sticker to her, and then places it behind the counter refusing to let her pay for the sticker. i will never shop here again, employee was rude, hovered, and clearly thought we were going to steal from the get go.

This store is AMAZING!! From essential oils, crystals, clothing, furniture… Everything is so cute! The customer service is amazing unlike the rest of the stores in the Sun Valley mall. Also everything is pretty reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!! 👍

My daughter has been a customer of this store for a little while now. Today she came home and told me that she was accused of stealing by the employee working there the morning of 8/10/24. She was there with her friend and were trying to buy matching necklaces. They picked up one pair but then decided to go for another. When they went to pay, the lady asked what they did with the other pair, to which my daughter responded we put it back, she then said “no you did not”. My daughter assured her that they put the other necklaces back. My daughter then said would you like to check my bag? She rudely responded, no you do it! So my 15 year old daughter had to dump out everything in her bag and of coarse there was nothing there. She then made her friend empty out her pockets bc she wasn’t wearing a bag. Even after finding out they did not steal anything, she did not apologize. From looking at other reviews, this seems to be a problem that should be addressed at this store. Someone this rude should not work with customers!

Love the atmosphere and energy in the store! Everyone was so friendly and informative. Can’t wait to go back! This place is a diamond in the rough, especially if you just want to get away from the stress inducing mall feeling. Come here and enjoy the relaxing vibe!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! It’s unfortunate that a place with such nice products employs the most disgusting people. My niece was harassed and accused of shoplifting while shopping. She was asked to empty all of her belongings and when the employee didn’t find anything, they didnt have an ounce of humanity to apologize. Being accused of shoplifting is a serious matter and the employee didn’t have the decency to at least try to make it right. Disgraceful place, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
