Hands down, the best business model I've seen yet in all my travels. Even though it was required to use a tablet to order, most of the process was nice & easy. All the employees were very pleasant to interact with, as it should be. Prices were comparable. But there were several sales making the prices much better. Will definitely return when back in the area!

Amazing experience for an Illinois Dispensary they hook it up every single time I go and it’s not just hey we got free crap wraps that are expiring here ya go… nah they hook it up with 50$ carts and multiple at times, I’ll be honest my first time going there I got 2 revolution .5 premium cartridges. Plus a vale pen sweet and thank you Neey!!!! Seriously

Came in for the first time yesterday. I drove past 3 medical shops to get here and it was worth it! Anthony at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful with getting me registered for the first time. Prices were great and they had amazing accessory options for purchase. Really enjoyed my experience here and will be making this a regular stop for my cannabis purchases.

Frequent Customer and local and I almost always tip and I'm tired of being taken advantage of over little things time and time again. I try to trust people but seems like there is always a mistake here and you must double check everything at the register before leaving. I don't trust this shop. Part 1: Today, 8/22/24, Jose P screwed up two separate things.... he charged wrong price AND gave back wrong change. I think he is trying to increase his tips. Your website says 30% off Ozone, and specifically Georgia Pie is advertised at $23.66 an eighth today (Image). It was charged on my receipt (image) at $43.37,then 15% off, brought it down to 30...... and then I got taxed on that $6 overcharge as well. This keeps happening. False Advertising or Earthmed is intentionally doing this and stealing, either way, not good. Part 2: Then Jose tells me its $81 even, I even say Ill give you a 5 to break so I can tip a dollar, since I only had the exact dollar amount and nothing extra for tip.... he gives back 4 dollars and i tip a buck.... get to my car and see the receipt total is $80.50. DONT TELL ME ITS $81, tell me the actual price, MORE IMPORTANTLY GIVE ME THE PROPER CHANGE!!!!! I want $4.50 back if I give $5. That is what my receipt said would be my change, but its not what I was given. That is a THEIF, and I am highly considering filing a report on him and Earthmed (as his employer) with the police because so many people scam customers like this and think karma wont come back to them... maybe, we will see. Not one business in my life rounds up and tells the customer that's the price. LIke SERIOUSLY?!? He stole the change, took the tip, an extra $6 on wrong weed price, and additional tax on wrong price.... its not much but its petty and its the principle of doing good business, which is constantly challenging here for some reason. I paid an extra 10% today, this is annoying and it keeps happening and there is always some excuse they shake off. I kept trying to give benefit of the doubt in the past, but what are the odds it keeps happening... HERE. Not saying I wont do business anymore, but I have no urge to shop there and you can bet I will be a stickler if I do. And I'm never tipping again which is unfortunate bc there are good budtenders out there but the bad ones spoil it for everyone. I hope that 0.50c was worth it, it should be used for his severance pay. P.S. your systems are ALWAYS down...fix it! I had to wait over 20 minutes to check out last week... and they still want a tip lol

terrible buying experience every time I go there I have to yell because they can't hear me through the window. the place is kind of run down i and the lady that runs it, I'm sure she's nice but maybe a job at the DMV would be better suited. sorry lady

I have encountered the nicest humans at this location. Every time I go in, there is an employee who makes my day by our interaction. They also have good sales (10% off all vapes on Wednesdays is my favorite) & you can now pay with Aeropay when you order online, making it even easier. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to pick up my order here either.

This place is great go see John he knows his stuff. And the manager is very nice I didn’t catch her name but she is real friendly and treats the customers very good this is the only place I go.

Part of rewards system. wouldn't let me redeem my birthday reward. It was in my point wallet and showed no expiration date. It was 3 weeks after my birthday ,however, I was in the hospital on my birthday and couldn't go out
