Today, 9/13/2025. I happen to be in the area and it was the first time I ever went to this establishment I pulled into the parking lot. The 6 regular parking spots in front that were all occupied. This left 5 empty spots that said “curbside delivery/pick up only.” So, I pulled into one of the five empty,” curbside pick up only,” parking spots. When I walked up front to provide the security guard with my ID, he said that I cannot park in those spots and would have to find another place to park… Guess what, I did find another place to park. At another establishment not far away. This security guard was enforcing his false sense of power, and ego. NOT common sense. Nor, was this security guard thinking about what is best for the business or its owners/employees. Evidently, the security guard does NOT care about the business owners bottom line. He only cares about his own ego and false sense of power and wonders why he is in his mid 30s Making $25 an hour/40k a year. (Tops :( ) As a business owner myself, I would not allocate 40% of my parking to online curb pick ups, (Covid is over) Nor would I employ these security clowns that you employ. Common sense…. Sheeeeesh! You can do better!!

I'd had started the morning with really no time to spare, but the morning crew wasn't aware of that info. So the morning crew had help me & E'E,C. did had all 6 of my favorites brand "Froot" Sativa, Hybrid, Indica Gummies & they also had some flower for "Pain" Gush Mints "Hybrid" Flower." They also had my go to brand Raw Garden "Sativa" ("Key Lime Sherbet") cartridge 1G. I honestly was confused when I went in there yesterday. Initially, I had a curbside pick up and I was going to pay with card. When I called letting them know I was there they asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card said they would be out in a second. After 15 seconds an employee came out and told me I needed to come inside Because my ID expired, which makes no sense I have a brand new id and plus I never showed them it. Before I go inside I show my ID to the security and he was very rude and told me if I’m not doing pick up I need to move. And when I finally get inside Eddie the employee at the front let me know that they don’t take card inside, and it ended up being a whole hassle Because I had to go to the bank to get cash. They have ATMs inside the store but they weren’t taking my card. I was happy that I got my stuff, but I don’t appreciate that kind of service.

Super horrible customer service as well as they make it very difficult for me to apply my veteran discount. I’ve gone to multiple other dispensaries and have expressed that it is inconvenient for me to carry my military credentials with me, so I a picture of credentials next to a physical copy of my ID, but in this location, they have a hard policy where you need your physical card but they do not express that until your awkwardly there, trying to pay
