Terrible experience. Defective product. Vape pen wouldn’t puff at all. The store refused to return or exchange. Manager initially agreed to exchange then apparently decided not to honor exchange while we were picking out replacement, while observing us on the camera. Plenty of great stores in the area who treat customers well and provide quality products. Don’t frequent this chain.

Closed when I went on Wednesday 05/11/22 4:00pm. All the cabinets were pulled away from the wall like they were shutting down. Thanks for letting your customers know when you’re going to be closed. It’s so easy to edit your hours on google and yelp.
