After spending probably thousands here, they have banned me from this dispensary. Really? Wow. The customer is NOT always right. Don't give them anymore business. I will probably call a lawyer. All I did was complain about leaky carts and shared a story about an encounter 2 days prior. Wow. Boycott. I have spent more money at Fluent than anywhere else. I have had issues in the past but, they've been minimal and easily taken care of. I have many issues including a brain surgery which stranded me years ago while simply visiting after my Mother died of Cancer. I have points I haven't used and I drive out of my way to shop here. Today, I brought up the fact that once again, the vape carts have been leaking and showed them the problem. They were not helpful at all. It was not busy and I was in quite a bit of pain. I had ordered ahead of time and was there for a quick pickup. I was not feeling well and stated I was going to change my review on Google Maps and walked out. After spending over 100.00 just today and much more the last few year's, I was called by a male who told me I was banned forever. What? I have points I haven't used. I'm 68 years old, had brain surgery, gallbladder removal and heart surgery. Why would they ban a woman who simply didn't care for the way I, as a paying customer, was treated and ignored when I have been there so many times? Apparently, the customer isn't "right" here. Wow. I will be contacting a lawyer.

I may have been banned from this ridiculous place but, there is always a reason and to be honest, MUV, just down the street, has MUCH BETTER PRODUCT than Fluent. Thank you Fluent, for banning me. I don't have to spend my hard earned money on a place that talks DOWN and looks DOWN on the elderly. My brain surgery 9 years ago, was not planned. It didn't make me stupid or childish. I see MORE liars now, than ever in my 68 years. To be banned for speaking up about PRICES AND PRODUCT, should never have caused a total ban. Really, HORRIBLE Dispensary with children working the place. Only 1 was rude. I WAS JUST BANNED FROM THIS DISPENSARY. WOW. SPENT MORE HERE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. WOW. And check this out! I did NOT drop this! Substandard product as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JERKS. AGAIN, RIP OFF. BAIT AND SWITCH Ordered a cart for 16.00 and drove across town only for the price to increase. I applaud/appreciate the person who waited on me. Fluent needs to let people know when a price change is made in store and online. I've been coming to this particular dispensary for year's and have had issues here and there. The other day, I ordered from the app and the store and app had different prices. I spoke up about it and they said they would fix it. As I stood there and waited, I was getting tired and I was in pain so, I just said, OK, I'll pay the extra 7.00. Some other person came out, a tall, husky woman, and I told her I'll just pay. I'm half deaf and had brain surgery year's ago. I talk loud. The person told me, "We aren't doing this today, we just won't wait on you" or something to that effect. I spend a LOT of money here and I should not have to be afraid to walk into a place because I'm "too loud" or I have questions about my purchase??? Now, I'm afraid to walk in at all. I did call and give information about my visit and the way I was treated. This place has better deals than the rest and I have to drive from downtown to get here. There are plenty of dispensaries just around the corner. Why I get harassed by a younger person when I've been using since age 12! I know what I'm doing more than any of these young "budtenders" I'll change my review if things get better but, I just don't know anymore. I shouldn't have to deal with "children" when purchasing my pain relief.

Caught a great 30 percent storewide sale. Caleb was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me make some choices in edibles. Not much selection in concentrates but a convenient easy location to hit while in Gainesville

Love the people here, but store doesn’t honor online orders. It seems and the product amounts are really goofy now as well. I was specifically told to order online as soon as possible to lock it in and get your products and unfortunately, online orders don’t seem prioritized. Maybe they will improve on this. Updated Review** The people are so great here i am changing this. HOWEVERRRRR, corporate NEEDS to step up and send more & better products... thats still 4/10...
