Just had the best experience here! I booked a hyperbaric chamber session and hoped to add an infrared sauna, and thanks to Kieron’s help they managed to fit me in for both. The combo was amazing! On top of that, found out they’re also a dispensary and they were able to fill my prescription on the spot, super convenient and rare to find. Excellent customer service and a great all around wellness spot. Highly recommend!

Kieron was a dream. So attentive and very sweet! I opted for the infrared sauna first time around, and after 45 minutes I was cooked. Perfect way to finish a long week of running around. After that I did the Hyperbaric chamber next week, and it really does work. I was running around more efficient than ever. Big fan of these guys, amazing service!

This is a review that reflect only my last session of infrared sauna even thought that this is the second time I have this kind of experience here. I got a 9am session booked ( shop open at 9 ) the sauna was at 42 degrees and it toke 35 minutes to reach 60 degrees. Out of 45 minutes session I got to sweat only the last 15ish minutes just to be generous. Waist of money. Will never book the 9am session again.

The folium team is amazing. Could not recommend them enough. 5/5 would rate 6/5 if I could.
