They where not able to fill my order lacking in inventory as a vape store I feel like they should be better qualified and able to fill any request of said merchandise that I'm looking to buy the quality of service was poor and over all disappointed to thee highest extend with how they where not able to provide me with said service like obviously it's a vapr store and obviously yours is not up to standard so realized that you have a very dissatisfied costume that wa looking for continued business I could rate one star buttnif possible it'd be half a star

Do not waste your money here. They price hike everything by 5-6 dollars. You can find the same products at other shops for less. Also I bought a vape from here and took maybe 50 hits and it started tasting burnt. Went 24 hrs without hitting it to see if that would correct the problem, and it didn't. So 2 days after buying it, I took it back to the shop to get it replaced. Every vape shop around Columbus has a 2 day return policy. I was told they could not trade it out even though it had only been 2 days since I bought it. They said they'd give me a discount if I bought another one. I refused because why do I want to spend my money somewhere where they do not take responsibility for the products they sale? So if you don't want to waste your money go to another shop such as smoke zone. Same products 5-6 dollars cheaper and have a 2 day return policy for faulty products.
