This was my go to spot and than went elsewhere just to change it up yet found myself returning . I’m really not good with names but I’ll tell you everyone is so kind and professional here. Security is always making sure the place is ran safe and organized. When it comes to selection and quality I’m never dissapointed. I always show my appreciation by tipping and inviting people. Sometimes I’ll even bring the guys treats but always good vibes because they sure make me feel valued. Thank ya!

Owner very rude and very sexist. The first time I came there, I dealt with a black guy which was perfect. The owner called me trash because I said that one of his employees had an attitude. He goes on talking about how he’s the owner and he can do whatever he wants, and that he will never fail. So I am handicapped and I try to get a ride. He told me I could not sit on the benches that are clearly on the sidewalk. No problem at all. They started video recording me and making me feel unhuman like. All I wanted was some respect if you want respect don’t come to this dispensary. He also said that I was trash. What kind of human is he?

Super friendly and helpful budtenders! Mango was great, he helped me out and showed me their deals. I wanted something a little different so he helped me find some great stuff that fit in my budget. Always enjoy the flowers i get here. Love happy hour prices and they’re dog friendly!

This place is top-notch! The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Not only did we get a 20% discount on our purchase, but the seller also gave us another 20% off for our next visit because only one us two payed for everything. As if that wasn't enough, they even gifted us some Cali seeds when we asked if they sell seeds. Excellent service, great prices, and an awesome selection. Highly recommend this shop—definitely our go-to spot in California!

They got rid of the loyalty bin program so now your points are basically worthless. Used to be a great place but has fallen off recently. Also got the stink eye when I asked what the cheaper alternative was. Sorry for being poor I guess.

I was given a Ganjeez disposable vape as a gift recently, but unfortunately, it broke after just one day of use. Not only did it fail to produce any smoke, but it also caused a harsh burning sensation in my throat. Despite returning to the store with my boyfriend, we were met with dismissive customer service and were told there was nothing they could do. What's more frustrating is that I discovered the same product being sold elsewhere for $30, while GreenHouse priced it at $45. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service and inflated pricing. If a store sells a defective item, they should demonstrate integrity by offering a replacement or refund, especially when they have the receipt on file. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has no accessible contact information. I urge potential customers to seek alternatives where they'll receive better service and value for their money.

They sold me a defective, broken vape that they won’t let me exchange. Don’t listen to their recommendations. They are trying to move unwanted defective products that they’re up charging. You will save 30-40% per item shopping elsewhere, the pricing here is ridiculous.
