Megan helped me tremendously!! I only go and get mine for my seizures and my depression so I’m new at this. She talked to Me about the difference in the flavors, brands, and everything. The flavor I got this day I tried and I actually really love it. I highly recommend people to talk to her. I went to the one in Beckley and they were very rude and did not explain anything to me told me to pick what I wanted and they would check me out. Some people are new at this and Trying new things for their medical conditions so you think that they would have common courtesy to explain this stuff to them. Megan sure does and explain everything to me and helped me pick out a good flavor and brand that I like ☺️

I love this place so much!! Excellent customer service and Megan is my girl! Never a bad experience and they are always kind and try to help with any questions you may have! Best shop around! Every one of their employees that I have met are Amazing!

Shaina was great to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. She took the time to answer my questions and gave solid recommendations without any pressure. It was clear she knew the products well and genuinely wanted to be helpful. Overall, a really pleasant experience, definitely will be back!
