I recently visited the Have a Heart store at 300 NW 85th St, Seattle, WA 98117, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. As a regular customer, I've always appreciated the convenience and selection at this location. However, on my recent visits, I encountered unprofessional behavior from certain staff members, particularly on Sundays. It appeared as though two female employees harbored resentment towards their roles, perhaps indicating dissatisfaction with their jobs or personal circumstances. Given their negative attitudes and lack of professionalism, it's possible they are stuck in a position they feel is beneath them due to a lack of education or other opportunities. Regardless of their circumstances, providing good customer service should be a priority, and their failure to do so is disappointing. Despite my attempts to engage politely, I was met with rudeness and felt unwelcome in the store. One specific incident involved attempting to purchase $45 worth of edibles. The staff member handling my transaction was dismissive, tossing items onto the counter and neglecting to ask if I needed a receipt. When I requested one, she responded with hostility, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially from a business I've supported for so long. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and ensure all customers are treated with respect. Overall, my recent experiences at this location have been disheartening. I'm hesitant to return, especially on Sundays, when such behavior seems prevalent.

The best Have a heart store. Employees always welcoming, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend. Rather make the trip here, over the Have a heart on Blanchard street.

Usually fine price and service but can’t seem to keep some of the major brands in stock at all. Other stores near have good stocks, 5 or 6 strains, same price. Going on four months without any Artizen inventory, except big 25 packs of one or two strains of prerolls. What’s up with that, some other brands too seem very limited or not at all that are elsewhere. Need to fix this fast. Loyalty I have, but not unlimited

I probably only stop into this location once a month after pre-ordering but I have yet to find a single negative thing. The budtenders are knowledgeable, helpful and extremely easygoing such that on a couple of occasions I walked in with a bad mood and in a few minutes while chatting found their upbeat and positive mood had rubbed off. I stick to primarily flower and sometimes a concentrate and the selection is great and prices are reasonable to “make that a double “. They suggested an alternative the one time my original choice had sold out and it turned out to be one that I now consistently look for and buy if available. A well deserved 5 stars.

Probably the nicest group of people you could ever come across. They're all very nice, their recommendations are so choice 🤌🏼and their love for the visiting dogs is awesome. Absolutely worth a stop in🤘🏼
