I recently visited in person, and overall, it was a positive experience. I was given expired items, which they quickly resolved when I brought it to their attention. Fast forward to placing two separate pickup and delivery orders on different days. For the pickup, I was informed that all of the items I had selected were out of stock. No problem, I then placed a delivery order the following day for the same items. There was no indication anywhere that these items were out of stock, so I assumed they might be sourced from a different location. Two hours later, I received a call informing me that they were still out of stock. I understand that things are busy with new product launches and changing regulations, but a bit more organization would go a long way in saving everyone time and energy. It’s frustrating for both customers, and I’m sure staff too, and I hope this can be improved moving forward!

Great products, good prices and quick, friendly, free delivery. I’ve ordered delivery several times and have received wonderful service. I appreciate the wide variety of THC/CDB beverages at Hemp House very much. Give them a try - you won’t be disappointed!

Great location, staff, and selection! I am a lightweight and got some really great recommendations from Lindsey on products that would help me relax but not be scared. She recommended the Minny Grown gummies and the BLNCD seltzers and those have been great! Go visit them!

Local shop that’s super gregarious and welcoming. Visited first time over a year ago and whether you’re an experienced shopper or not, the staff are what make their incredible selection not overwhelming. Love Hemp House. So sad Lindsey leaving she moving she always friendly, attentive and amazing at her job. I mean everyone here in Hemp House is, but sad she told me she moving in a few months. Anyways Hemp house is the one to go for your thc needs and looking forward to when they can officially have all products available soon when recreational majuiana finally becomes legal later next year. Love their kite drinks. :)
