The wait times are usually short, most of the staff are very friendly. Usually no problems with product but occasional manufacturer mishaps occur which staff can assist you with as long as you keep your receipts. I found Kara to be very nice, helpful, and insightful when I had questions. They didn’t judge my lack of knowledge, and were very patient as they assisted me and tried to get me the best deal and recommendations possible. I really appreciate customer service like that!

Rebecca and the whole staff here are just wonderful. The website wasn't processing things quite right so I decided I'd stop for the inside store instead. Absolutely worth it! They were low stock of the item I wanted which is why the website wasn't working out for me most likely. Jars is my default dispensary at this point.

Love Jars and the staff there. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful… especially Tracy. She’s helped me out the last 2 visits and whether she had to check stock, look up my purchase history, or informing me of specials, she’s on it. Today she even made sure to inform me there was an accident outside and to be careful. Customer service at its best.

Celina was great, with a sweet smile. She was so helpful, kind and very patient. Informed me of the points I have earned and how I could redeem them, which no other employee have shared to me.

She took the time to explain everything, go over deals, and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Great selection and prices. Weekly sales and holiday deals are the best. They only take cash but have ATMs.

Cashier # 43003 she's helped me dozens of times and she should not be working with customers. She never smiles, says. Hi or thank you. I want to give her a hug because her entire demeanor gives off "I don't want to be here" vibes. Give this girl a raise something to brighten her day because she's not making this location very pleasant. I've been to El Mirage, metro center, Gilbert and lake pleasant locations Lake pleasant isn't so pleasant when this woman is working also Chad isn't to friendly either.

Sergio, the bud tender who helped me was very kind and helpful. It was my first time in a dispensary and he helped me find stuff with little knowledge. The entirestaff was super friendly as well. Will definitely return

Jars is always a fantastic experience, however this is my first time stopping in this location. It's a bit smaller than I'm used to, however, the selection was great for what I was looking for. The tender Kara was amazing and very kind/genuine, providing great service and recommendations which turned out to be exactly what I needed and have been looking for.

This is the only dispensary I go too because the staff are always so kind and helpful. They get you in and out the door as quick as possible with a smile on there face. Charlie helped me today and she was so kind and patient with my order and she had a smile the whole time it really made me feel more comfortable in that setting. See you at Cannaland🥳🍁
