They sold me a vape battery that was defective right out of the box. After being fully charged, it would blink red and never heat up. I checked the product warranty from the box and it WASN'T EVEN THE SAME PRODUCT. Someone switched out the vape battery with a different product. And of course the store says ALL SALES FINAL AND NO RETURNS. Never coming back here again!

This store is absolutely amazing! I needed a replacement pen and Mag (the store owner) went out of his way to show me multiple selections. I was able to test them out in the store. He’s very personable and the store atmosphere is extremely inviting. He definitely has your interests in mind.

Very convenient spot 3 blocks from the 4/5/6. Clean, brightly lit store. Hina is fantastic and very sweet. She stayed with me and opened bottles so I could find the exact type I was looking for. After the sale she answered many of my questions and even opened new boxes of products to show me what my upgrade path would look like. Just great customer service!

Great place! Hina was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I stopped by again the following week to pick up something else, at which point I met Mag - also really great and helpful. Glad this place is in the neighborhood. Will definitely return!
