Great price, owners and workers are super friendly. Not understanding peoples complaints. I usually spend time talking to staff who are very knowledgable. According to law they must card and there are no children allowed in the store, it's not their fault, it's the law and if we want to keep shops in our community we have to follow the law. My Fruity Juul Pods were all but one in my four pack defective! I’m going to attempt to return with my receipt today and see if they’re able to exchange for a like or similar product that’s the same price, since I was unable to utilize any of my pods! They’re all leaking and they haven’t been squeezed or crushed. The box also is undamaged. Update to come! Oh and by the way, the customer service at this location wasn’t rude but it did come off as a bit stand offish upon entering this location for the first time. I had to get the attention of the representative from behind another gentleman simply standing there not being assisted. But once he acknowledged my presence he seemed fairly knowledgeable about my desired product. ***UPDATE*** Owner was extremely helpful and found an agreeable solution for both of us! Uber thankful for all of Rev’s help! His other shops in Jamaica Plain and West Roxbury are epic too!

I see reviews from years ago. Now let’s talk about this day and age. Customer service is unfriendly. Cigars are old and stale. Parking sucks. Only thing is it’s clean and neat that’s about it. Now I go to NH or order online which is well worth it.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This place sells monthly old tobacco products with mold on them and then tell you its final sale and then point to a piece of cardboard hidden within the smoke shop … straight SCAM!!! and will take a lot of patience for such someone to withstand or tolerate.
