They have a wide variety of different products! Their beverage section always has something unique to try - I recently bought a smoothie hard seltzer - Smooj and a Kratom drink by Zion Herbals. I love the selection of Kratom products they offer and that they get new products every few months. They listen to customers and try to keep stock of items by request! Also- they have such a great pipe selection, I can’t even imagine having to choose one- so many beautifully crafted pipes. And the staff is great of course. I went into the store this morning with my husband. He was trying to exchange an item that he bought a few weeks back for a new one because when he took it out the box it came in the glass on the inside of the item purchase was cracked. Jessica gave the up worst customer service to us and would not exchange it. She off tip said no refunds or return. He was trying to return it, he wanted to exchange it. It’s brand new never used and she wouldn’t even look at it. I know this is one smoke shop that will never get my money again.

Employee with the man bun was bumping music that makes lil Kim look like an angel... if you can imagine. It was so loud that my brain couldn't figure out how to ask for a pack of Raws. I get to the car and realize I bought the wrong size and my girlfriend goes back in 30 seconds later to find no one. Guy comes out 2-3 mins later. I should have helped my self to what I wanted. Weird dude listing to weird gross music disappearing in the back?! Not the vibes I'm sure you guys are looking for.

This is the closest smoke shop to me and today was my first visit. First off, incredible, diverse selection. Second, Holly was super nice, helpful and welcoming to myself and multiple customers. She even gave a customer going through a hard time a nice pep talk. I came for kratom, some vapes, and to see what the cannabis situation was like...and I was very surprised and pleased with all the options for legal 🌿. I'm very grateful to find this gem and I will definitely be a regular customer. Plus, they have a reptile (uromasytx), so bonus points!💚
