Drove down from Gladstone and was worth it ! Amazing selection of products. And the staff was super awesome and very helpful. Definitely will be back.

I had the worst customer experience ever. I had just bought a glass tool not even 20 mins ago. Dude puts it in bubble wrap but clearly didn’t wrap it correctly and I get home and find my tool broken in my bubble wrap. I called and they won’t replace because “ he put bubble wrap on” when clearly it wasn’t wrapped correctly and now I’m not offered a refund or replacement when I’m a regular as well. I will most likely not ever be coming back unless this issue is resolved. NOT EVEN 20 mins later from leaving the store my piece was broken.

Lit Smoke Shop is a northeast classic. I’ve been going here for years on a monthly basis and I haven’t had a bad experience here at all. I’m not sure why I’ve never reviewed this shop. The prices have been fair and this shop is always clean and in good shape. The customer service here has always been great as well. The Boss man happened to be here today and he gave great customer service to everyone as he usually does. He showed me a new product along with a display for the product that allows you to hit every single flavor as you so choose. Disposable tips are put on the pen to avoid contact with the actual display product. I pulled it one time and I knew that it would be a banger. Best “Icy” product I’ve ever tried, it felt like I ate a couple mints after hitting it. Very reliable smoke shop and a good rewards system as well. I’ve never had to go to a different smoke shop.
