I am deeply disappointed Despite loyal customer for six years, you produce false accusations and a complete lack of support. They have mislabeled all of their kratom products with the same product, demonstrating negligence and disregard for their customers and trust. When I reached out for assistance, not only was I blocked, but they also refused to help me fill out documentation that could have helped put food on my table. As a single mother with two kids, their lack of empathy and assistance is truly disheartening. It's evident that NICK lacks basic respect and compassion for their customers. I urge others to consider this before supporting such a disrespectful establishment.
