So unsocial they are flat out rude. I went in with a friendly attitude. The place was empty. The guy(glasses, plad flannel, beanie, white) was not having any of it. I tried making small talk and he straight up IGNORED me. Every time i tried to be friendly he would scowl and concentrate on whatever he was doing at the time. Prices and inventory are average. Theres nothing special about this place. DONT GO HERE THEY ARE MEAN

Walked in, very small selection, guys behind counter seemed a little wasted. Didn’t know the product very well, weren’t super helpful. Would be great if the staff knew their stuff and were more excited about the product, and more selection!

Rude and empty! That sums up this place on my first visit. The red headed gentleman behind the counter is one of the rudest, most condescending people I have ever met. Instead of saying "hello" or "thanks for stopping in" or any of the other many many acceptable options when greeting a new customer, this person decided to instead just demand (not ask for) "ID". Please keep in mind, this is not the door guy. This is behind the counter. Then he proceeded to be very quick and short with his answers throughout the remainder of the transaction as if I were a burden to him. Also, most of the shelves were empty which doesn't inspire confidence. PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS IN SEATTLE, GO ELSEWHERE.

This place ripped me off to sell me some bullshit item they call a vape. I purchased a bud nation hand held vape about a month ago. I asked specifically 3 or 4 different times, whats your return policy? "We can't give you cash back but you can return it for something else in the store or a new one.." "and we do not give receipts, just bring all the parts back and were good." Comes 3 weeks later I find its not a very good vape and I just don't use it. So I bring it back in and they say "nah bruhhhh... We never said that yada yada yada.. We don't do returns." Me thinking, "really?" "We can give you a new one but I can't help you if you don't like the vape." Vape was perfectly new barely been touched. They wouldn't return it, like they said they would. Bad business all around and your employees aren't on the same page. Spends thousands of dollars at this shop and all I get it is a "Nah bruh...." from a lazy cashier. Whatever won't be going here ever again. I guess this is why everyone chooses origins. Origins is more professional and way better. Just a few miles away id recommend going to them. Thanks for ripping one of your most loyal customers off 80$$. Real professional.

Very rude. I’ve never had an aggressive bud tender before. But this guy was aggressive. Asked about deals and promotions, told we don’t do that here… Plenty of other options with kinder people
