I just moved to the area and was looking for a good cigar spot. Did a Yelp search and decided to give Main Street a try and I’m glad I did! The young lady that helped me “Barbra” was GREAT!! She knew all about cigars and even told me of great spots to eat in the area!! GREAT customer service and the BEST cigar shop in area!!! I will be back to buy more cigars!!

I recently bought a disposable CBD vape and it worked for a day and a half before crapping out on me and when I asked if I could exchange it I was denied because that was against store policy. If someone buys a product and it breaks after a few days or shortly after they leave the store atleast an exchange should be offered. Doubt I'll ever come back because I don't like supporting businesses that won't replace a defective product shortly after it's purchased.

I would like to preface this by saying that I only ever leave good reviews, if you look back at my other reviews you will see that they are all 5stars. But after my distasteful experience I feel it's only fair I share it, hopefully to the benefit of others. I was charged $36 for a product that is sold for $18 at every other vape store in the area. All I am trying to do is to return the unopened product for a refund, but am told time and time again that they have a strict "no return" policy. The way I see it, having a strict no return policy is very convenient when you also have a strict policy to ripoff your customers. In their defense, they did offer me a $10 store credit for my next purchase, but after being ripped off and charged double as I have, I don't see myself going there again.
