Got there at 9:50 and waited at check in while they took their time chatting setting up with the first time customers and explaining the 30%off and how they should open a store closer to the border and just wasting time... by the time I get inside its exactly 10 and the guy inside checks his iPad and it says 10:01 and they won't honor the 20% off now. Completely wasted my drive there and will never let myself or any of my friends that I know shop at March and ash to buy anything ever again.

Shopped for years, never had an issue before always been respectful and kind and I got banned due to excessive speeding and an employee Ralph threatened to have a bodyguard “catch a body” over it but makes no sense how 5mph and a tie rod that makes loud pops when I make wide turns is excessive speeding.i had a personal emergency so I left after coming in the first time so I had to rush out and I even had security check me just to prove I wasn’t stealing I just had to leave cuz I had an SOS phone call so I headed home in an average speed of 5mph through the parking lot and headed home I came back and Ralph told me I got a warning for excessive speeding cuz he heard my tie rods making a loud pop noise as I turned out and left and proceeded to say my security guard would “catch a body” over the way I left and I repeated him saying tf you mean catch a body over me leaving at 5mph I responded and he tried to flip it onto me so I told him I ain’t here for the problems or drama I just want the product and I’d leave on my way out he proceeded to say some things I couldn’t comprehend and I was walking out and he says your banned from the store.

This is NOT the BROADWAY LOCATION BY THE MALL. This is the OG Hst location near Costco. Stop leaving bad reviews for a location where it doesnt belong. They close at 10pm not 9pm like the other location and will ALWAYS take care of you. I always come here and leave happy. Great staff, great product, great location.
