Chill environment with good staff. Large variety of products and good sales. They have a point system that allows you to save money every few purchases. Jay is Great. He is knowledgeable about the products and is very amicable.

An amazing experience every time I walk in, so easy to find what I’m looking for.. they also have a very helpful staff with info on everything you need so feel free to ask a lot of questions like I did😂

I have loved this shop for a while now. The service and prices have always been reasonable. Lia, Josie, and the rest of the crew have done an amazing job at keeping the shop in it's original state of exceptional quality.
This last time there I had a small issue involving a mutual misunderstanding, I had no problem confronting Lia who helped me find a suitable resolution.
You won't be dissapointed, their store may appear small but don't be fooled. If u need something they have it and if not they will find it and get it in the store asap for you. Just ask.

Bad customer service. I understand the policy of no money back on vapes after you leave the store and I always check my vapes when I purchase them here before I leave the store but this time, the vape I bought wouldn’t recharge. Went into the store and they said there was nothing they could do. Wasn’t their problem. They said “that’s why we say to test them before you leave”. I understand that but how am I supposed to test they it won’t recharge?? They can see that it’s still full of juice but it just won’t recharge. They wouldn’t even listen to me at this point and totally ignored my question of an even exchange. I will never be back. Spent $24 bucks on a vape for less than 24 hour use. Just bad customer service.
