I went in for my renewal appointment a week before my card could be set up for renewal, so the provider said she would renew my card once she was able to. She also told me to call in and remind her to do it. I called to remind her, she didn't renew it. I called in 4 more times to ask for the renewal to be put through, it never happened. I finally called in and asked for a refund, they were ready to jump on renewing my card immediately at that point. No thanks. The refund came through quickly, that's the only reason why they get 2 stars.

Impossible to communicate with anyone in this company. I have been trying to figure out how to get paperwork signed by the provider for a job and they have failed to return email, text and phone calls for about a week now. The process of getting approved is short and simple but clearly they don't care about actual patient.

They are fast! I called and they picked up quick, I got an appt right away and it was pretty close to me. They even gave me the option of coming in the same day, after they got a cancellation.
