These people are just the greatest, honestly. Although it seems like team turnover is high, everyone they hire is wonderful, knowledgable, and helpful. I can depend on getting good advice, as well as free treats for my babies, every time I come in.

Staff always so helpful as I've got a picky kitty. Recommended a new cat food to try! My kitty loved it, I returned the next day & bought more!

I love this store! Fantastic selection of healthy foods (I trust anything they choose to carry) but above all else the staff is outstanding! I've been buying/dealing with every pet food store around. These people know their stuff, are always so genuinely friendly, and will take as much time as needed for me to find new food for my dog who wont eat ANYTHING! I've been in other stores where I have been put on the spot for not buying raw , for not doing this or that, quite judgy. Here, its dealt with knowledge and a sense of humor! Essentials since I feel I'm losing my mind with this Fergus😊 hands and paws down my favorite place.

Wow! The staff here give amazing service. Am in shock. Came in with my wife desperate to find some treats/food for our Aussie as we were just passing by for 24hours and they provided us with a great selection of food samples and helped us pick out a few toys that were quite unique. Staff was super quick on their feet and didn’t hesitate to help. Probably the best pet store we’ve been in, wish they had it in Canada. What a great group of people. Thank you!

I visited the Sammamish Mud Bay last week to get my dog some special things the night before we had to put her down. It was a difficult shopping experience, to say the least, but the employees that were working that night were so incredibly kind and comforting. I wanted to say thank you for the kindness shown during a very difficult time.
