He’s patient, chill, and makes the whole process seamless. ​The Selection: They have an awesome variety of products. Wendy is literally the best person I could have asked for to help me out. She was so knowledgeable and took her time showing me tons of options and catered perfectly to what I was looking for! They don’t pressure you at all to buy stuff you wouldn’t normally want or make you feel rushed. 10/10 recommend! I didn’t get the name of the person working at the front but they were amazing too! Such friendly knowledgable staff and huge selection to chose from!!

Just keep driving to Michigan. Selling short bags. They don't care. Literally stealing from people! You've been warned! Customer service was subpar. The whole visit could've been better with another bud tender. Blindly purchasing from anywhere like this seems quite deceitful, whether that's Ohio laws or not. I thought yes I'll pay a little more to save 6 hours in the car. Nope even with the new taxes I'll still drive to Michigan. Period! Worst dispensary in the United States!

Mat is the best budtender my husband has had since weed has been legalized in Ohio! Went in yesterday got a cart, everything went great service was as always great!!! Today I went to hit my cart and it would hit. I called they told me to come up and they will do a return. I got there, the manager not sure her name. Older white lady. She was freaking amazing. Not only did she return my cart and got me a new one but she also recommended other products... Very easy to use satisfied with results and OS easy to use on mobile app and in store. Great deals polite staff. Very helpful accommodating needs of a parent going through chemotherapy and which products were best for that. They did a very good job.

I visited this location, today, to pick up a couple gifts. Not only was the store clean and organized, but the most important component - the staff - were incredible. Not only knowledgeable, but full of smiles and a welcoming attitude towards my business. The man (tall, skinny - sorry, I meant to grab your name) who helped me pick out some strains for my 62 y/o father was incredibly considerate and thoughtful in his recommendations. Looking forward to my next visit. Your hard work is very much appreciated.

Horrible Service. I ordered online and selected curb side pick up. I get there and call the number on the sign. The guy asks is this your first time here? I say yes it is. He says you have to come in if its your first time. Well that should have been made clear when I ordered. I usually use another dispensary and would have ordered from them since the only reason I wasnt ordering from them is because I wanted curb side service. Total waist of time! Go to Shangri La if your looking for a great dispensary.

This is a really great store. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. . Kat has made Some great things to look at while you’re at the counter, albeit only briefly because they move quite quickly. Once you figure out the easement thing, there’s no better place on the east side.

Went here to get something to help my mom with her pain. Erin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what would likely work the best. She answered all our questions and was extremely nice. Will definitely return.

I'm a regular that likes to take my time and ask questions when I visit, it's part of my buying process. I've been helped by the majority of the team and for the most part everyone has been patient and provided great customer service. Today unfortunately that was shattered due to an employee that clearly had other things to do than help me. Very unaware of the products and kept pushing everything other than what I was asking for. I've been going here for over 5 years, but will now consider another location.
