This is my favorite local dispensary. I've been to others in the area, and was not impressed with selection or sales staff. This place is very professional, quick, and fairly knowledgeable. I really enjoy there on-line app; makes it easy to order. You can see all available products including on sale items. The curbside pickup is my favorite. They have all my info on file, only at this location you can save your medical info as well. So you just pull up, show id, pay and go. Wish they took debit cards tho. Other than that, a pleasant experience. Update. Was just in. Had a very nice budtender help me find some nice pre-rolls for my afternoon enjoyment. I enjoy the books of products, with clear description and pricing. On that note... In store shopping was also a pleasant experience. See you again soon.

I had a faulty cartridge before they closed, was pretty bummed, got a new one of the same one when they opened the next morning from Eric (I think?) turns out that one was faulty too (my guess is it’s a faulty batch). made my way back and got a new one, different strain, that works (wonderfully). They were very kind and trusting to my honest experience and situation and that can go a long way so I just wanted to shout out Jackie and Eric for being some life savers today.

I'm so sad to write this review, because this was my go-to place. Customer service was usually pretty good. Not so much anymore. Recently I placed an order & had my son take my ID to get it. He is of age & this has happened several other times (21 years old). We even called up & verified that this was OK. I guess it's no longer of with Rich. It's 100% OK because we went to Phresh & asked about this law we were told we were breaking & they laughed. It happens all of the time, especially with people who can't pick up or their spouse runs in from the car. Plus to be rude to my son & call him a liar... who FT actually does that? Rich at nectar did. Rude & out of line- and it's very much for the best that I wasn't just out in that car. We will never be back- there's too many dispensaries in this tiny town to be dealing with rude people with no customer service. Nectar was just convenient... Now I'll tell everyone to go ANYWHERE else

I am a 61-year-old, that needs a hip replacement and I have osteoarthritis in my right hip, knee and ankle. No insurance. I had bought some CBD gel a couple years ago. I brought in the empty container. They looked to see if they carried it and they didn't. The employee went and did some research for me and wrote down a website that does. The employee went above customer service and explained everything to me. I really appreciate it. I feel this is an establishment that cares and has experienced knowledge. Thank you very much. ☺️
