Quick and efficient. Wish they had told me the first time I purchased from them that they had a loyalty program....I've lost credits I should have earned off of. Also, the sleep product that I purchase from them needs their packaging updated. I am unable to open the container myself and have to ask them to open it before I leave the store.

I only give 4 and not 5 because of the way sales are run. If you order online for the sale price after 8pm or 9pm and the sale ends the next day. They redo the purchase for the original price. So when the delivery guy comes and said my order was$250 not the $170 I was in a panic they let slide the first time. Now when it happens the just cancel the order and leave me not high and dry lol

Neta in Franklin has been wonderful to me! Jess was amazing! She went out of her way to fix any issues I had and is very knowledgeable. Also so she is happy friendly to all customers I have seen! Rachel was amazing as well! She took her time to go over everything with me! Made sure all my pricing was correct and was also very knowledgeable about all products! Shoutout to all the managers as well! They have been awesome to me! Thankyou!!!!

“Not the best selection of 1 g vape concentrate. This is a medical dispensary, so they could discount. The price was fair after applying discounts” Returned months later to find a far better selection of 1G Vape cartridges. Great job providing a large selection all of which was on sale.
