Had such a great experience at this dispensary! The vibe was welcoming and the service was top-tier. Monica was seriously the sweetest—so kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Definitely coming back!!!

I have been coming here for about 5 years regularly. I love their staff, almost everyone I've interacted with has been really friendly, helpful and down to earth! Nova was my go-to dispo for carts & ounces, they used to always have a wide selection of pretty good quality carts & ounces for decent prices. But once they announced that they were moving locations back in early/mid 2025, everything started going downhill. They started reducing their inventory to prepare for the move, and now that they have actually moved into the smaller store, they rarely ever have any good carts or reasonably priced ounces in stock. I used to buy PAX & Rove carts all the time and Nova ALWAYS had them in stock. Now the PAX & Rove carts are almost never in stock, I haven't been able to get either one for months. No other dispensaries near here sell Rove 1G carts either :( Such a huge bummer because the Rove reloads were my favorite! They have hardly any other carts or disposables, and the ones they do have are really low %. I really wish their inventory was consistent like it used to be.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. But when you have other dispensaries around that have better deals, this would be my last spot to come. The deals on eighths are great but there are spots that have ounces for less than sixty bucks. Come on Nova, start having deals on ounces and halfs. 28g at another dispensary with tax only costs me less than sixty…and I’m not talking about ground either…I’d come here all the time if they had deals like Cosmopolitan Dispensary. I only come here 1x every other week, Cosmopolitan sees me everyday !

Lemme start with this place is nice. Next build weird parking lot. I hate having to order from a kiosk then 15 seconds later walking up to someone to pick up. Like why? So I only go here for their baked goods, only place within 20miles of me that have Buddy's Baked goods. The house grass is TRASH. Highlands brand is absolutely gross. It takes old and dirty. I tried 3 different strains, all gross. Southie blunts are ok. I get it, you get what you pay for, explains why their prices are so low. The staff was ok.
