Cannot recommend - customer service is non-existent. I purchased a WulfMod device and said device does not work well for what I need. Please be advised, these atomizers burn out quickly and at random. I was hoping for an even exchange for something other than this device, and was given the run-a-round.I also saw a puffco pro going for $470. There 2 other shops down the road, go there, they'll have your back after a purchase.

Terrible customer service. Bought a device two days ago, now doesn't work and refuse to even exchange, anything. Smoke shack up the road is where it's at. Go there. Don't bother with this place. Joke!

Oak Tobacco is a good store and I am glad we have access to reasonably priced alternatives. The staff, John and the girls (sorry I don't know names) are always very friendly and helpful. I like this place, they earned 5 stars.

This shop has absolutely anything you would need regarding smoking! Solid selection of products all laid out in a clean, well lit environment. My favorite aspect of this shop is the customer service hands down. John who is usually working when I stop in, is more than helpful and very friendly every single time I visit. He is extremely well versed in the products and has not given me a bad suggestion yet on anything I have purchased here. It's people like John that make me a returning customer to a business. Overall the best smoke shop in Oak Park Heights, go take a look at what they have and meet John! You will be a satisfied customer.

This is my go to smoke shop. The prices and reward system they have are unbeatable. A gentleman named John works there, he is the definition of great customer service. He is knowledgeable in what he does and he always has a smile on his face doing it. I would highly recommend this smoke shop!!!!
