Do visit if you get the chance. … I would rate five— I love their bliss gummies and the rewards for loyal customers are wonderful. People are generally very nice and helpful too. Sadly, I had a bit of a weird experience today. I have a three year old and every Friday we go to the car wash, grocery shop, and then I pick up bliss gummies (more of a gummy mom than a wine mom). However this time when I brought her in to grab them, the man at the front told me she wasn’t allowed in and if she must be in, she needed to sit by herself on a bench by the door. I was taken aback, but generally I try to keep things flexible and chill so I gave her the phone for two minutes while I did what I needed to do. But it definitely felt oddly patronizing— it’s a professional setting! She’s three. How is it better to put her by the door on a bench than to let her hold my hand while I grab what I need and go? Luckily she was very good, but I don’t know how I’m going to continue shopping there for what I need :(. Hopefully another business won’t mind my little tagalong shadow. And of course I understand needing I.D. to purchase and keeping out kids unaccompanied by an adult, but a lot of your patrons have to be busy moms. Why make it so hard and weird on them, if it’s not causing a problem? Anyway, love the store. Definitely check it out if your childless (lol)

I came in here for the first time the other day and let’s just say I will definitely be back! I came in to look for some prerolls and the nicest women fixed me right up! She was so kind and patient with me while I looked at their menu which means so much because I hate feeling like I’m slowing people down but I did not feel rushed at all and was patient with me the whole time. I asked her what the top sellers that she recommended were and she gave me a huge list that it was hard to choose! Ever since the laws have changed, this has been the first store I’ve gone to that actually sales and this store will be made my go to!❤️

Hello friends at One Love! I had the absolute best first experience a person could have at any sort of customer facing business. I stopped by the Jtown shop this afternoon but when i got there, it was closed due to the bad weather. I gave the bardstown store a ring to see if maybe they were open and to my surprise, the most kind woman answered the phone and came to me over at the Jtown store. After some talking I found out that it was Nancy, one of the owners. The fact that one of the owners would go out of her way for someone she doesn't know, truly blew me away..especially in this snowy weather. This is a wonderful business with great values who seem to really care about their customers and what they do. I will recommend you guys any chance I get. If you see this, thank you again Nancy. I had been viewing products online and thought it might be better to go in person and make sure I was selecting the right product for me. All my questions were answered and I learned about how some of the functional mushroom products could be beneficial as well. Beautiful store and such helpful staff! I have had chronic back pain for years and i have avoided pain medication because i did not want to get hooked on them. We ordered online. With that said, we bought some gummies for my grandma with dementia. She wasn't eating... One half of a gummy and she ate 3 pancakes, sausage, eggs, and toast for breakfast. Ate all of it. Highly recommend their products!

Although I had a problem with redeeming points earlier today, one of the owners - Nancy - called me at home and made things right, actually more than right - and that is what customer service is about, making a longtime customer happy! Love their products!

I've been to all 3 locations. All staff I've talked to are very nice, knowledgeable, and will take the time to help you find exactly what you want. I've also been given a free sample gummy every time I've been in. Great people.
