Went to pick out a hamster tonight with my daughter, who has spent the last year researching hamsters. She was so incredibly excited to meet her new friend. However, the lady who we had asked for help to purchase a hamster acted as if we were idiots who ruined her cleaning schedule. She was rude, barely helpful and obviously ready to go home. We were asked 3 different times if we already had an enclosure set up due to not buying one from the overpriced options. (Answer, yes.) Which is fine, just don't be rude to a little girl who has spent months saving up for her first self-bought pet.
Luckily, miss (Waffles Tofu, Butterbean) will still be well loved despite the lackluster experience.

This is not just this store & I will remove when they reverse this: Get the goldfish out of the tropical tanks!
Goldfish = COLD WATER (54°F to 74°F) & different water conditions (they poop a lot, so they tolerate more ammonia/nitrate)
Tropical = WARM WATER (75°F to 85°F depending on the fish) and fish die with high ammonia/nitrate levels
THIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE. Do Better and get them out of there, you are killing/making all all your fish sick.

I was in there today and was going to buy a snake and a new cage and spend over $300 and the guy was scared to show me the snake but then another worker walked over and said something to him and he asked me if I wanted to buy it I say I'm thinking so but give me a second to think about it. The other worker said something to the guy and he walked away from me and they just left me standing and waiting. I guess it's a sign I don't need to waste my money here very poor customer service. They lost a good sale and any future sales I was planning on making. I wish these reviews really made a difference but im sure with it being a big corporation they won't care to lose my business. Do better Petsmart

Went into town because my dog keeps chewing up his tail so I needed a cone and Petco didn't have one. Unfortunately it is just after 8:00 a.m. and I went into PetSmart, got my shopping cart ready and was actually standing there for a couple minutes getting that together with my purse and everything and after I'd been in the store I had an older gentleman ma'am me a handful of times. I had no idea he was even talking to me until I looked over towards the echoing "ma'am" coming from across the store and he then told me the store wasn't open. There should be a better way to advertise this because without looking on Google, it's not common for me to check hours on a door that keeps opening.

Katie in grooming is wonderful. My pomeranian (Olive) is a handful and Katie always takes her time with her and makes her look so good and clean when I pick her up from her appointment. I'm so thankful to Katie for doing such a great job.
