I've been a customer of this business for years and its only gotten better with age. I'm continually impressed and satisfied from the time I step in this store by the atmosphere and friendly demeanor of the staff, to the time I walk out with what I was looking for and not having to spend a fortune of time or money to get it. These stores run more efficiently than any other shop I've visited. Their "house" flavors are always top notch and affordable and a personal favorite. I've never had a bad experience in this store or any of their other locations and highly recommend checking them out. Keep up the good work!

WEAK SAUCE...
Do yourself a favor and find what you want online or just drive a little further south to the vape shop in Prince Frederick. The extra miles are worth the disappointment that is this shop.
Disappointing selection, unless you want to buy overpriced hardware from a year ago, then you're in luck. The juice selection is nothing special, but it IS way overpriced, so it has that going for it. The house juices are cheap and sadly they taste cheap as well.
They advertise high-end gear, but I think what they mean is they want high-end prices for low-end gear.
The only redeeming factor this shop has is the young dark haired kid. He is Helpful and polite...
The grey-haired guy with the ponytail (owner maybe?) not impressive.
If MD ever has adopts a flavor-ban it'll hurt our vaping community, but the single redeeming factor will be that the "I'm-barely-trying" shops like this will get forced out of the gene pool.

Young man Spud was very knowledgeable and helpful. Web site needs a major update. Wish they carried more cigar flavored juice or the cognac line of liquid. Was my first visit and I’m new to the vape thing, but it’s a learning process. I was treated very well and he answered every question I had. Thanks Spud, love the Corn Pudding!

It is such a shame because i actually love this place but one of their employees has ruined it for me. There is a girl there who is extremely socially awkward and rude, i believe her name is Jinx. She looks somewhat emo / punk. Anyways, i went there yesterday to purchase a new mod and she was not helpful at all, which sucks because i had no problem dropping some money on a new vape for myself i just wanted some info etc to have me sold but i had to go to another vape shop just because i did not want to give this girl my business after receiving her attitude and watching her act the same way to other customers. My family and I will be taking are business elsewhere solely because of this girl...

Iowan customer here; this place literally has the best house blends, service, and management team of any vape shop in the eastern half of the US.
After moving away from east coast, they still outshine every other establishment I have frequented. ON TOP OF ALL THAT! The prices of their house blends is also second to none and just as high quality as name brand juices. The management team has always been polite, attentive and quick to respond. The service team in their Dunkirk store especially deserve a shoutout as even the experience of simply restocking on e-liquid became something to look forward to.
Bottom line, its tucked out of the way, small business that has always done right by myself and the other customers I have run into.
