I really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable Darryl was. For some reason he noticed that I had two uppers and two downers in my cart and he asked if I wanted it that way. I disclosed to him that I actually prefer downers and didn’t know the selection I picked was an upper. He said he figured I didn’t notice and then pointed me towards two great options for the same price that I was skeptical about because I prefer higher thc. When I got home and tried his suggestions I was amazed this was some of the best flower I’ve had in a long time. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable about his bud. I really appreciated his recommendation.

First of all Taylor is an amazing asset. Went out of their way to help me find the right products and make suggestions based on my needs. The entire place is as accessible as it can be and they even help make it more so without being asked. Wide selection of products and knowledgeable about medical needs. Try the RSO if you have chronic pain. Love it.

I shop here often when I visit the city but I made my final visit not too long ago. I purchased about 5 carts, 3 disposables and 6 gummies. I’m disappointed because one of the disposables I purchased was completely empty, I’m talking never filled but somehow got on the shelf and says it passed a quality check on 1/18/24. When I called to let someone know and possibly see about a swap I was told it was nothing they could do. It was a mitten extract cart too, supposedly one of the better brands showing it’s actually faulty.

I placed an online order as usual and arrived to find a nice crowd, which is expected given the quality of your products and prices. The young lady, Carla, initially had trouble locating my order, but with some help, she found it and completed the transaction.There was a special offer for a free gram when you spend $25, but I wasn't aware of it since it wasn’t listed on the website. My total came to $24.79, just shy of the $25 threshold. Rather than mention this, the cashier, Carla, silently removed the extra gram from my bag and tucked it under the register. I had to ask her what was going on, and getting any information from her felt like pulling teeth. She acted as though the deal was a secret I wasn't supposed to know about. I asked to add a gummy to meet the $25 requirement, but even that seemed like a hassle for her. It got to the point where I just asked for any gummy, and I still don’t know exactly what I bought. What I do know is that this was the worst service I’ve ever received at Quality Roots. In the past, staff members have been helpful with recommendations and information, but Carla was not. I had been prepared to spend twice as much once I learned about the deal, but her attitude completely turned me off. For the first time, I left without leaving a tip.

Quality Roots is hands down the best dispensary I’ve ever visited! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended the perfect products. The selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality strains and edibles. Plus, the store is clean and well-organized, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Quality Roots to anyone looking for top-notch products and exceptional service.
